Deja Evans

With a strong academic foundation and a diverse professional background, Deja Evans brings a thoughtful and solutions-focused approach to her legal work. Her interests span business law, compliance, contract negotiation, litigation, and entertainment law.

Deja has previous legal experience as an extern at the University of Alabama Athletics Compliance Office, where she supported the Athletic Department’s Financial Aid team by managing athletic scholarship records and completed NCAA academic eligibility forms through careful interpretation of prospective student-athletes’ transcripts. Additionally, Deja has firm experience where she researched evidentiary issues, prepared legal memoranda, and analyzed applicable case law to support case assessment and trial preparation. 

Her experience extends beyond traditional legal settings, including a fellowship with the Country Music Association, where she supported media relations efforts by drafting press releases, managing talent during live interviews, and coordinating high-profile events.

Deja’s background in public relations strengthens her ability to communicate clearly, manage complex information, and serve clients effectively. She is currently a law student at The University of Alabama School of Law and will graduate in May 2027.
